Fr Eugene Lobo, Principal of SAC, met with an accident last evening. He was returning from his home after visiting his mother. It must have been around 7.00 pm. Two dogs seemingly came on the way. He successfully avoided one. Then came the next from the opposite side, and Fr Eugene fell to the ground from his scooter.

He has sustained two minor fractures on his right hand. He was operated upon at Fr Muller Hospital this morning. Now he is back to the ward, where he is resting. He says he feels fine.

The Dept of Journalism is organising a Documentary Workshop (23.10.06-25.10.06) at St Aloysius College, Mangalore. Want to know more about it? Contact Fr Richard Rego at richiersj@yahoo.com. We wish Fr Eugene a speedy recovery.
