2 Aug. Consider this: upper castes conspire and let loose their goons, and lower castes carry it out.
Then the contradiction: lower castes run around to save their lives in local jails, whereas upper castes roam around in posh cars abroad!
As of now (2 Aug late evening, IST), some 22 have been arrested for attacking the girls, brutally assaulting and violating their modesty at a home stay Mangalore Padil’s Morning Mist on 28 July. As B. M. Bashir says, most of these youngsters are “low caste” billavas (poojary), bunts (shetty), and dalits (SC).
The arrested are subhash padil, ganesh kannur, taranath kannur, sharath padavingangadi, sandeep shetty, venugopal, tharanath alva, rajesh shaktinagar, chetan naguri, shailesh jelligudde, harish alava, sunil thokkottu, varun poojari, puneeth kudupu, and kiran poojari. Almost all of these attackers are from lower backgrounds, with either blinded minds or misled political ambitions.
Who commissions them and lets them loose?
Mangalore is controlled by some pseudo-religious-cultural group. Its leader -an upper caste- sits pretty in his mansion and commands lower rungs to execute his anti-social, “anti-“all agenda. So also, jagahnath kamath, the chief of hindu jagaran vedike, which carried out this nasty attack on girls for being happy at a home stay in Padil, Mangalore, is an upper caste; he is a free bird. No police has dared nab him and made him face justice!
Finally, who runs from pillar to post? Who is subjected to police-treatment for molesting our girls? It’s those poor, lower caste youth!
Should the “lower castes” support this agenda?
